periodic cleaning of inside surface of the pot,

Fractures may appear due to
settling of the clay oven during
shipping. This is normal and should be sealed
with the clay provided with

:: Baffle
Plate - An optional baffle plate designed
specifically for heavy duty
burners delivering upto 1,00,000 BTU
of heat under continuous burning.
These baffle plates divert the flame in a controlled
and perfect manner to the clay
pot thus saving on fuel cost. The design also
helps in preventing the over
burning of nans and meat.
